Hei hei! I’m Espen Helland, a Norwegian wildlife photographer based in Perthshire, Scotland. I’ve missed my share of shots in nature I can’t get back. When I switched to Olympus (OM System) in 2020, I decided to learn my gear inside and out. 

Since then, I’ve led workshops, sold over 600 courses, and have posted YouTube videos since 2018 to help people connect with nature and leave the stress of camera settings behind.

Pro Capture for Wildlife Photography | OM System

Pro Capture for Wildlife Photography is a deep dive into the incredible feature of the OM system cameras that allows us to "go back in time" to get the image. The course will take you through all the settings I use for various situations when using Pro Capture. Then we'll explore several projects where I've been using Pro Capture to get unique images. I'll share all my tips and insights into the subjects that I regularly photograph using Pro Capture. The course is a mixture of PDF's and video where I take you into the field and you get to see excactly what I see when I get the images.
